Overhauled combat with attack cooldowns, dual wielding, elytra, and End Cities.

The Combat Update introduced a cooldown-based attack system, shields, dual wielding with the offhand slot, End Cities with elytra, shulkers, and chorus plants. Also added igloos and tipped arrows.
