Minecraft 1.21.5

Version 1.21.5 was the Spring to Life drop, the first game drop of 2025. It gave cows, pigs and chickens warm and cold variants that depend on the biome they spawn in, and added fireflies, falling leaves and leaf litter. Under the hood it continued the item model definition system for resource packs, made data pack improvements, and fixed various bugs.
